Cold Brew
An alternate method for brewing iced coffee, we love cold brew for its luminous clarity and refreshing fullness of flavour.
There are many various ways to brew – there's no right or wrong, and sometimes it's about making it work for you with whatever apparatus you may have. We've shared below a great starting place if you're new to the scene.


The Cold Brew Guide
Step 1
Weigh 68 grams of coffee and grind on a coarse setting. The grounds should be about the size of kosher salt.
Step 2
Using the Cold Brew Bottle, twist to open filter, then add coffee to bottom compartment. Reattach top of filter.
Step 3
Twist the filter into the top of the bottle.
Step 4
Attach filter and top of bottle to glass bottle base. Fill bottle to top square mark with cold, filtered water. Shake gently.
Step 5
Let brew for 8-12 hours.
Step 6
After 8-12 hours, gently shake to stir the coffee. Remove the filter.
Step 7
Place top of bottle back onto glass base, open spout, and pour over ice. Enjoy delicious cold brew.
